Ali Teoman Alpay, one of the most important lyricists and composers of Turkish music, became the youngest person to be promoted to the Chief of Turkish Music Publications and became the director of Erzurum Radio. He is the composer of many important compositions such as “Kalbimi Kıra Kıra”, “Samanyolu” and “Gökyüzünde Yalnız Gezen Yıldızlar”.
